How We Work Together - Done WITH You
MONTHLY SCHEDULED ARRANGEMENTS
Most women prefer a monthly arrangement. Based on your needs we start with a time frame that should allow us to get most of your needs met.
After that, we proceed on a month by month basis until you've got all your ducks in a row and feel secure.
There are no overwhelming deadlines and the entire process is personalized.
Our contact will be a combination of in person, scheduled phone and Skype calls, and unlimited emails within reason.
OR, IF TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, SUCH AS WHEN BUYING A HOME,
OR A SCHEDULING DEADLINE OF ANY KIND, YOU MAY NEED...
ONE OR TWO WEEK INTENSIVES
Women who wish to work quickly to get organized, replace existing policies and maybe have a deadline, prefer this type of arrangement.
This may be possible in person depending upon your location, or can be accommodated via phone and other electronic devices.
We will work through the same objectives as the monthly arrangement, simply at an accelerated pace.
COMMUNICATIONS - The Key To Unlocking Your Fair Advantage
Divorce communications can become positive or negative depending upon how they are approached.
I can help you determine how and when to use certain strategies to achieve your best outcomes.
There are specific strategies that are best in each situation when dealing with:
*Your Husband - based on his personality and past behavior,
*Your Attorney - what he needs to know and how to present it,
*His Attorney - what to disclose and what to keep under your hat,
*Mediators - how to present yourself in session and negotiate, and
*The Court and Judges - what's important and how to get favorable decisions.
Before, during and after your divorce, I will help you with any or all of these services.
Divorce - Pre-Planning, In The Trenches, Final Negotiations - Preventing Loose Ends
Personal Budget - Banking and Expenses
Personal and Property Insurance - Health, Homeowners & Tenant, Auto & Life
Future Planning - Last Will Documents, Retirement, Disability, College Planning
Home Buying and Selling - Realtors, Mortgage, Credit Reports, "Designed to Sell"
Personal & Small Business Income Taxes - Income & Deductions and Planning
There are numerous professionals within my network that accept personal referrals from me when particular services require licensure. These individuals have provided services for me personally, or for my past clients. They are not "blind referrals."
When trying to sort through your thoughts of money and divorce, there is help.
Your finances is just one of the issues that I can help you with.
We also work to prevent what many attorneys call "loose ends" which are those non-legal lifestyle financials, such as your insurances, mortgage refinances and home sales.
All of these services have been previously provided to women just like you, needing guidance to get to a fair divorce settlement and start a fresh new life.
This has helped many women achieve peace of mind, understanding their current lifestyles and knowing they will avoid unpleasant surprises in the future.
The 5 Step System To Set Your Financial Future On Autopilot
1 - STABILIZE YOUR MONEY MINDSET
Take a break and put your feet up. You CAN reach your goals. Learn to relax and become empowered to transform doubts and frustrations into positive energy, so you can secure your financial future.
2 - ORGANIZE YOUR DOCUMENTS
This step gets you prepared. You will have a physical system set up as your springboard. It will include your insurance policies, future planning, taxes and various types of savings.
3 - ANALYZE WHAT YOU HAVE
Each of your documents is analyzed to determine the details of what each type of future protection is costing, how to save taxes, and save more.
4 - PRIORITIZE SO YOU CAN SAVE
Based on your lifestyle and your needs, the details of each type of future protection, tax strategies, and savings plans are decided upon.
5 - FINALIZE YOUR FUTURE PLANS
To wrap it up, all decisions for your future are put into finalized form. If they eventually need tweaks, you will be ready to make smart decisions.
